You aren’t limited to any particular brand or model: if your device scans to a folder or email, it already knows how to communicate with ClicScan.

Through connectors that deliver the renamed document and its data to where you already work: email, SFTP/FTP, webhook, OneDrive, Google Drive, or SharePoint. The structured data is output in the format your system expects—CSV, XML, or JSON—ready for your ERP or any internal process to import without manual data entry. You choose the connector and format when you set up your account; ClicScan automatically deposits each result there, with the same field-level accuracy you see throughout the rest of the process.

ClicScan orchestrates various artificial intelligence models—Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and DeepSeek—and selects the most appropriate one for each document, rather than being tied to a single provider. The decision is made on a document-by-document basis: a long contract and a simple invoice don’t require the same amount of effort, so the model adapts to the task. If the confidence score for a field doesn’t reach the expected threshold, ClicScan automatically scales up to a higher-performance model before showing you the result. That way, you get the accuracy of multiple AI systems without having to choose one yourself.

Each field extracted by ClicScan has its own confidence level, measured at the time of extraction. When a data point exceeds the expected threshold, it goes directly into your output; when it doesn’t reach it, ClicScan flags it as pending review and clearly highlights it for you, without mixing it with the data that’s already reliable. Nothing is made up or delivered as true if it isn’t. That field goes through a pair of eyes before it’s approved, while the rest of your document continues on its way without waiting for it.
